St Pancras Chambers Redevelopment, Kings Cross
The Victorian Grade I Listed building was designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott in 1866. The lower levels are renovated to provide restaurants, bars, and hotel suites.
Client : Manhattan Loft Corporation and Marriott International.
Solutions and my role : to execute 2D Microstation CAD and free hand drawings of Existing and Proposed solutions concerning the highly significant rooms from an architectural and historical points of view (assessment of the importance was done by Alan Baxter Associates).
To write Room Data Sheets recording the state of floor, walls and ceiling along with proposed interventions.
