My massage practice come naturally from my Yoga anatomy and core awareness explorations. I like to think the massage's effect as a mean TO MAKE SPACE, that spaciousness which is attained through yoga asanas, helping to be able to sit motionless in MEDITATION for longer periods of time.

INTRODUCTION

YOGA ie entirely EXPERIMENTal, EXISTENCEial and EXPERIENCEial.

The BODY is the VEHICLE to achieve SPIRITUAL awakening, while the MIND is the IDEA of the BODY of YOURSELF (or MODO) and the IDEAS of its MODIFICATIONS (B.Spinoza). The ATMAN united with the BRAHAMAN, which is realized through MEDITATION, is witnessing enjoying loving feeling and BREATHING; everithing conveied through a series of breathing, physical and meditative Yoga techniques(?) (Patanjali, Yoga Sutra).

MASSAGE has very ancient origins. At Greek and Roman time massage therapy treatments were always held in high regard in the prevention of injury, relieving pain, relaxing the muscles and improving athletic performance.

My massage is a COMBINATION of Sport, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage in addition to THAI TRADITIONAL Massage techniques-manouvers.

Care of your BODY through MASSAGEs SCRUBs EXFOLIATIONs and  FACIALs from B.R. and Anannè, is Opening and Stretching your body in the JOINTS and LIGAMENTS and MUSCLES. Yoga ASANAs postures sequences, various HATHA, SIVANANDA, YIN, ASHTANGA VINYASA, CORE & BREATH Yoga classes, I have been working on, in my travelling and working abroad Ibiza Londra and Mysore Rishikesh, Costa Rica and in Tuscany, since my start of YOGA's experiment in LIFE.

EFFECTS OF YOGA PRACTICE and MASSAGE

From the first studies in Bologna, Italy, in SPORT MASSAGE working deep into any issue you might have with your Body Muscolar-skeletal System funtioning, as well as DEEP TISSUE and more GENTLE and superficial SWEDISH type of massage; .

The massage includes a variety of approaches, a variety of pressure levels from light to deep to reduce stiffness and trigger point activity; GENTLE passive STRETCHING and deep nerves-tendons pressure along the Energy LINES, taken from the THAI TRADITIONAL MASSAGE WAT PO School in SALAYA Bangkok and CHIANG MAI, Thailand.

The combinations of types of massage that I offer in a session, is very RELAXing yet ENERGYzing for the whole BODY  and MIND.
